Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?
As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. You will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve quality food and beverages, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll help make every guest’s day a little brighter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with hospitality and a friendly attitude.
  • Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of menu items including coffees, iced cappuccinos, donuts, and baked goods.
  • Follow proper procedures for food preparation, product decoration, and safe handling.
  • Bake in small batches throughout the shift to ensure fresh product availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, following all food safety regulations.
  • Communicate production-related issues promptly with the supervisory team.
  • Accurately update and maintain the Production Tracking Sheet.
  • Adhere to cash handling and transaction procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.

Qualifications

  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
