Job Description
WHAT'S THE JOB?
This role is supporting: East and West OPS, Billing & Finance Team. Supporting OPS managers with entering new Work Orders, Dispatching internal and external resources and upkeeping centralized scheduling. Managing timelines of ongoing Work Orders and daily reports on service ‘due dates’. Following up with suppliers on parts orders and lead times. Managing office reports related to Vendor Spend, Close Ratio’s, etc.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple trades/subcontractors in the mix.
- We work in a fully electronic system so computer skills are essential (especially MS Office – Access, Excel) would be a must.
- Experience in the trades is required
- Must have experience working with Suppliers
- Experience using computerized dispatch tools before
- Proficient in English and has strong communication skills
- Experience working with financial software
