Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

  • Assists in maintaining inventory of all supplies pertinent to housekeeping.
  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping equipment and storage rooms.
  • Assist in ensuring all team members have the tools necessary to perform their essential job functions.
  • Maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with staff, guests and client.
  • Assists in monitoring periodic deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and other projects.
  • Assists in ensuring proper, efficient, and timely communication channels are being maintained with staff, management and other departments.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisory position preferred. 

  • Proficient in English communication, oral & written.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Strong eye for detail, and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
