In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, transforming complex requirements into actionable project plans. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • End-to-End Governance: Drive the effective management of project scope, deadlines, costs, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including execution roadmaps, communication strategies, and robust risk mitigation frameworks.

  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial burn rates and execution milestones are synchronized.

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders through clear, assertive, and transparent communication.

  • Reporting & Decision Support: Prepare detailed project reporting and management information to facilitate data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: A University Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • Certifications: Mandatory professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).

  • Technical & Analytical Skills: * Strong critical analysis skills with a focus on unblocking complex issues and resolving project "bottlenecks."

    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
