In this role, you will be a crucial player in owning the end-to-end success of a large-scale AEMaaCS (Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service) migration program for a major global player in the industrial manufacturing and engineering sector.

You will have the opportunity to set strategic direction and govern delivery across multiple stages, ensuring the platform becomes scalable, supportable, and fully adopted by the business. Your mission is to transform a fragmented web landscape into a future-ready, cloud-native foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Roadmap & Strategy: Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria across all stages of the migration.

  • Accountable Leadership: Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization goals are met.

  • Stakeholder Governance: Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Areas to ensure alignment.

  • Technical Stewardship: Ensure all platform foundations are future-proof, following AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards.

  • Operational Management: Oversee budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management while driving standardization for large-scale migrations.

  • Executive Communication: Own executive reporting and steering committee communication to ensure transparency and strategic alignment

Qualifications

  • Senior Program Management Experience: Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-vendor, and multi-site programs.

  • AEM & Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of AEMaaCS / Cloud-first delivery in combination with custom/3rd party APIs and microservices.

  • Migration & Change Management: Proven experience with large-scale platform migrations and organizational operating model changes.

  • Agile Methodology: Solid experience with Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery models.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and IT environments.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to define clear scope and success criteria validated at the executive level.

  • Analytical Mindset: Focused on performance metrics, such as migration throughput, cost optimization, and platform stability.

  • Language: Fluent in English.
