• Define, maintain, and evolve SAP team guidelines, including best development practices, Clean Core strategies, DevSecOps lifecycle, and security/compliance requirements.
• Implement and operationalize governance models for RISE with SAP, coordinating with architecture, security, and vendors.
• Promote adoption of SAP standards and frameworks (SAP Activate, Best Practices, Reference Architectures).
• Collaborate with business areas to define optimal SAP solutions, ensuring value, cost efficiency, and technical sustainability.
• Support solution and integration architecture design, aligned with corporate architecture and security directives.
• Accelerate SAP landscape transformation: S/4HANA, RISE, SAP BTP adoption, application modernization, and innovation (SAP Business AI, Joule, side-by-side scenarios).
• Evaluate SAP and partner solutions for technical fit, maturity, and business value.
• Support SAP licensing analysis, management, and optimization.
• Manage strategic alignment with SAP, including roadmaps, partner collaboration, and escalation of critical topics.
• Enable and upskill SAP teams, promoting standards, knowledge, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a technical and functional reference within EDP’s SAP ecosystem.

• Proven track record in large-scale SAP environments; hands-on in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, RISE, modernization); Governance/Competence Center experience is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA & ECC, RISE, Clean Core & extensibility, SAP BTP & integrations, solution architecture, DevSecOps, security & compliance.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, autonomy, proactivity, critical thinking, results-oriented in complex environments.
• Fluent English.
• SAP certifications, experience in large/multinational organizations, prior Competence Center or governance roles.
