• Create and maintain detailed Test Plans.
• Develop and execute manual tests covering UI and API layers.
• Validate critical business workflows: Employee Trade Centre, Monetization, Advisor, MAR, and other Compliance suite modules.
• Perform thorough Regression Testing to ensure stability across releases.
• Log and manage defects with clear reproducible steps and impact analysis.
• Provide formal QA Signoff based on test outcomes.
• Report overall test coverage and progress to support quality goals.

• Previous experience in Manual QA, ideally in Compliance or financial environments.
• Knowledge of UI and API testing.
• Experience creating Test Plans and detailed test cases.
• Strong skills in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to report results and metrics clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
• Knowledge of Compliance processes and regulations
