• Guarantee the design of application solutions that are consistent with the global Information System (IS) norms and standards.
• Lead the development of solutions while strictly respecting workload estimations, deadlines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
• Execute rigorous technical, functional, and non-regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, providing support on application functionality, evolution possibilities, and technical constraints.
• Proactively propose technical or practical enhancements to existing processes and tools.
• Validate workload estimations and facilitate workshops or meetings with stakeholders to align on functional requirements.

• Graduate degree in IT Development (or equivalent).
• Expert level with a proven track record in proximity application development.
• MS Access: Senior expertise, including advanced forms creation and maintenance.
• VBA (Visual Basic for Applications): Senior level in creating complex macros and developing bespoke features within the MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in SQL Query Language (Intermediate/Senior).
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize information; excellent facilitation skills for workshops and meetings.
• Proficiency in French (Level B2/C1) is mandatory.
