• Design, develop, and deploy complex workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to automate business processes
• Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft and third-party applications, including SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient automated workflows.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Power Automate flows for improved performance and scalability
• Provide technical guidance, support documentation, and knowledge sharing on Power Automate development.
• Stay current with Power Automate features and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  3+ years of experience in Power Automate development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Dataverse and Azure technologies.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Scripting languages such as VBScript and JavaScript .NET framework is a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex business process automation solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow optimization techniques and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• PL-500 Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer is a plus.
