Job Description

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on evaluating current state, structuring
analyses, applying analytical frameworks, conceptualizing, developing, implementing and
managing strategy and all related transformations activities.
 Responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements owning the
responsibility for the quality of the engagements
 Manages various projects in parallel autonomously, develops core work plan, structure and
end-to-end analysis to find the best solution and ensure high quality outputs
 Contribute to the team growth by leading, and winning proposals to support our clients in
Strategy development, Strategy implementation, Strategy management, Performance
management, Operating model, Organization structure and Transformation. able to e
 Ensure successful project delivery, guiding junior team towards problem conceptualization,
problem structuring, data gathering and insight generation
 Generates valuable insights for the clients and for the creation of intellectual assets within the
firm
 Develops end-to-end leading edge strategy documents both for existing engagements or
business development proposals.
 Manages complex and multiple leading edge strategy documents in parallel
 Ensures project scope is properly managed and be able to take decisions when trade-offs
between project and team arise
 Takes full ownership of the administrative responsibilities within the project
 Able to build senior client relationships across multiple accounts that can lead to business
leads
 Supports Partners' relationship building efforts within different accounts and leads
 Subject matter expert that leads knowledge transfer and generates new intellectual assets for
the unit in selected content areas in a range of but not limited to (Healthcare, Digitization,
International Trade, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Emerging Technologies topics,..etc)
 Acts as a role model, builds project morale, encourages recognition and is always ready to
provide/receive feedback and seek to improve

Qualifications

7+ years experience within a big Tier 1 strategy consultancies and/or Global consultancies,
or leading Private Sector or Government Organizations
 In-depth understanding of and extensive experience in strategy development, management,
implementation, performance management, operating models design, change management,

portfolio monetization and optimization strategies, organizational transformation
/restructuring projects.
 Ability to develop leading edge strategies, business models, operating models, governance
framework, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize client
value and return on investment
 Practical and proven knowledge of the BSC framework and methodology.
 International exposure and experience working in both developed and emerging markets is
an advantage
 Mature demeanor, positive attitude, highly organized, as well as discretion and sensitivity
when dealing with clients
 Outstanding analytical, high capacity for conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
combines business sense with commercial acumen
 Team player and leader that possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity
 Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels and add value
 Acts as a role model and to mentor and train other members of the project team, business
unit members and to foster a cohesive high-performance team environment.
 Understanding of the KSA Vision 2030 and the national priorities
 Ability to communicate complex solutions & propositions verbally and visually

Additional Information

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital, Information Systems, Innovation, Technology and/or Management related discipline 
  • MBA or a Master’s degree in one of these disciplines would be preferred
