Review Organizational health transformation study reports to realize cultural baseline & identify improvements
Define values, mindsets, behvaiors and re-inforcement strategies
Define functional needs and ownership (RACI) & develop delegation of authrotiy (DOA) matrix
Create and plan cultural initiatives (eg. recognition programs)
Support with roll out of cultural transformation initiatives

Experience in other related areas such as Learning & Collaboration, Change Management and Human
Capital & Organization Effectiveness, Metrics and Analytics
Experience with Human Capital Strategy, Model Building, Architecting, Organizational Design, Analytic
Background in individual and/or organizational psychology
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Employee experience and Customer experience.  

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
