Job Description

We are looking for experienced Backend Developers to join our biggest client's team to build an Advanced Trading web application. Our current project offers various interesting challenges like setting reporting pipelines for futures, services for trade data and risk management.

 

We expect you to: 

  • Deliver high-performance, low-latency, and fault-tolerant solutions,
  • Emphasize code quality through thorough code reviews and extensive testing,
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, routing, execution, option price calculation, and reconciliation.

 

Main tech stack of the project:

  • Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, and Presto,
  • SQL, Postgre, Kafka,
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

Qualifications

Must-have skills: 

  • 4 + years of Backend coding experience,
  • Experience with a variety of data technologies such as SQL and Postgre,
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform,
  • B2+ level English proficiency to communicate effectively with multicultural teams and US-based customers.

 

Nice-to-have skills: 

  • Trading and capital markets background,
  • Experience with PySpark and programming in Python,
  • People management experience.

 

Salary: 2600 - 5800 EUR gross / month. 
Please keep in mind that we are flexible and open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
