We are seeking a detail-oriented and precise technician for our internal IT department in Košice.

This position offers a unique opportunity to focus on hardware maintenance and comprehensive IT support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our local IT infrastructure and providing technical assistance to our colleagues.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs of hardware on company devices and equipment
• Manage the inventory of IT equipment and consumables
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
• Collaborate with external suppliers on hardware procurement and maintenance
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure within organization
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures
• Provide technical support and training to staff members
• Participate in IT projects
• Perform regular system updates and backups

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with network management and security implementation
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Fluent proficiency in English and Slovak languages

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1150 € /brutto.
