Purpose

NVIDIA and Deutsche Telekom are jointly developing the world’s first industrial AI cloud for European manufacturers. This AI factory in Germany will host 10,000 GPUs across NVIDIA DGX B200 systems and RTX Pro Servers. Deutsche Telekom provides secure, sovereign and fast infrastructure, including data centers, operations, security, and AI solutions.

Internal Product Owner has responsibility for the complete Life Cycle Management of one or more of internal people development products. Holder of the position steers all necessary steps – from ideation to prototyping, up to design, implementation, operations and phase-out of a product. Product Owner takes on the communication (also across team boundaries) and cooperation with all relevant stakeholders on a global scale.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• For Industry AI Cloud we are looking for product owner who can take over implementation of roadmap features and enhance product development so the new functionalities are ready for new clients and can be handed over to operations.
• Implement & Maintaining high-level product vision, product backlog and constant refinement and communication with teams.
• Drive continuous near-term ‘road-mapping’ of the product development.
• Constant interaction with the customer, e.g. review product status, Gemba walks, end-user interviews and surveys, brainstorming, trade studies, market research.
• During each PI planning session, Product Owner presents the vision, which highlights the proposed features of the solution, along with any relevant upcoming milestones.
• Set-up and steer delivery strategy.
• SPOC for escalation regarding delivery topics.
• Support pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, new customer onboarding.

• Plan and coordinate product introductions.
• Are able to devise and align a thrilling communication strategy.
• Ensure close consultation of internal customers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Consult internal stakeholders on skilling related topics.
• Carry out and analyze benchmarks in the context of product optimization.
• Analyze business needs and align them cross company wide.
• Ensure overall quality and economical guidelines and constantly optimize the product towards this criteria.
• Manage complex projects in an agile environment.
• Contribute to the content of the (re)design of learning initiatives.
• Steer internal vendors and partners for the service delivery scope.
• Form and maintain learning communities.
• Actively promote the products and activities inside and outside the organization.
• Ensure connection of learners in a community setup.
• Drive commitment throughout the learning journey of all participants.
• Have connection with senior subject matter experts and connect them to the learners during the journey.

YOU WILL SUCEED IF YOU:

• Have intermediate knowledge of the SAFe methodology
• Have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
• Possess deep knowledge of your respective business domain and stay informed about current trends 
• Have a financial background and/or strong financial acumen
• Can demonstrate solid leadership skills
• Are able to plan and manage work effectively
• Communicate at a highly professional level
• Know how to act assertively
• Are a team player
• Speak English at C1 level (German is an advantage)

 Other criteria or requirements

• Social science, HR-development or business background, technical background also is beneficial
• Experience in UX Design and / or Data Analytics is beneficial
• Experience in implementing or designing complex learning formats (including provider selection)
• Experience in Works Council and social partner collaboration is beneficial
• Quick adaptor of new technical or scientific fields of knowledge
• Experience in managing, steering and implementing projects and or products on an international and intercultural level with a high sense of customer orientation
• Experience in managing and influencing of large communities of people

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.
