Provides legal assistance on specific topics, liaise with external legal service providers on substantial cases. Actively helps Company avoid possible legal and data privacy risks and violations in order to ensure that the company’s transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations.
Creates and manages systems in line with Group requirements and processes and in line with local legislation and local processes for the specified area including data privacy. 
Responsible/SPOC for the communication with Group Stakeholders (Global process owners – DTAG/TSI), Internal and External auditors, State Authorities and also within the company regarding  legal and data privacy topics.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Identifies and evaluates the legal and data privacy requirements of the Company.
• Implements the Group requirements, supports requests of the Group concerning international operational projects related to internal and external customers Drafts and/or reviews contracts and legal documents and monitors legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested. 
• Provides legal advice to the Company and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors and (Senior) Management of the Company
• Develops, implements and revises internal policies.
• Liaises with and assist external lawyers in the discharge of their obligation to the Company
• Leads specific corporate legal processes such as granting of power of attorney, Company registry management (archiving plan), Register of public sector partners, etc.  
• Serves as an information consultant and provides advisory support to business owners and projects in timely and adequate completion on legal and data privacy topics.
• Oversees compliance with the governance agenda.
• Is responsible/SPOC for the communication with Group Stakeholders (Global process owners – DTAG/TSI), Internal and External auditors, State Authorities and also within the company regarding legal and data privacy topics.
•  Handles compliance violations and involves the authorities, if necessary.  
• Initiates, facilitates, promotes activities to foster information awareness within the organization and delivers trainings. 
• Provides and files reports on a regular basis as requested.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have master´s degree in Law
• Have about 2 years experience in Audit Corporate Control and Risk management
• Have certification in Data privacy – advantage, not necessary
• Have comprehensive knowledge about about country-specific data privacy regulation and its correlation to technical infrastructures. The ability to execute assigned tasks independently, on own initiative, maintain objectively and impartially.
• Are able to execute assigned tasks independently, on own initiative, maintain objectively and impartially, and able to deal with confidential and/or sensitive issues and information
• Are able to effectively communicate with and present to upper and top management
• Have good knowledge of Group data privacy requirements an the ability to persuade others to adhere to standards.
• Have experience in cooperation with IT/data security areas, marketing/sales and Human Resources and in advising those areas regarding data privacy requirements.
• Have experience on strategic and operational cross-divisional projects, allowing an overview and judgement of data privacy relevant processes and projects.
• Have basic legal understanding and experience in labor, corporate and commercial law
• Are fluent in English
• Have clean crime register.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2200€ /brutto.
