Job Description

Key accountabilities

• Development and implementation of strategic concepts in close collaboration with our stakeholders

• Management and coordination of (international) projects, including planning, management and monitoring of project progress

• Building and maintaining international networks to promote global business relationships

• Analysis and optimization of business processes as well as development of recommendations for action

• Conducting workshops and presentations to communicate project goals and results

• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality of project results

• Advising our customers on the topic of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and developing strategies to strengthen the employer brand

• Creating presentations and briefings on top management/board level

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business management or a comparable field

• At least three to five years of professional experience in a consultancy, ideally with a focus on strategic projects or business development

• Proven experience in building and maintaining international networks

• Strong conceptual & analytical skills and strong strategic thinking

• Experience in Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is an advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with agile working (tools, processes, etc.)

Languages

  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1330€ /brutto.
