Purpose - Main purpose of this job is to continuous and consistent mapping of the necessary compliance information for our top applications Webex and MS Teams in CAPE, Darwin, PSA-Portal and other internal tools
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support of central quality assurance and stability measures
- Support and advice for the Operations when new functionalities will be introduced (PoC, Cloudification)
- Error and protocol analysis of data connections, support in incident management
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Service Management Experience
- Good overview of compliance processes as well as legal regulations such as GDPR
- Basic knowledge regarding Cloud Services, experience with Webex and/or MS Teams
- High level of English language knowledge, German is an advantage

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
