Main purpose of your job as Security Technik Administrator is to be responsible for administrative/operative tasks in security processes. Be the holder of the position executes of measurements and tests in the area of security/ data protection, operation of reference systems for security systems. Security Technik Administrator provides technical support for security management systems. Holder of the position performs the given tasks at the L2 level of complexity and specification.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Daily Business Endpoint Security with Engineering Tasks
• Assist system owners to connect their machines to our Endpoint Security solutions
• Inform system owners about the requirements regarding an endpoint security software
• Provide steps regarding pre-installation, installation, and post-installation tasks
• Add documentation about connected machines to our internal wiki
• Do first level and second support during onboarding, change, support, and other requests regarding Endpoint Security
• Create & Update user and engineering documentation regarding endpoint security
• Engineering tasks which are currently waiting to be worked on
• Develop an automated security report/dashboard which provides an overview over all our endpoint security solutions
  • How many security violations were found during the last days/weeks/months/… and which protection feature blocked it
  • How many tickets were created during the last days/weeks/months?
  • How many new clients/agents were connected during the last days/weeks/months?
• Create a Kubernetes container test platform and test our endpoint security solutions within the container platform.
  • Can your solutions protect container environments and how
• Implement Symantec Threat Defense for Active Directory in DTT
• Improve and automate existing processes regarding endpoint security onboarding, administration, maintenance etc.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Speak English at least on upper intermediate (B2) level. German language is an advantage.
• Have professional experience of at least 1 year in IT administrator role.
• Have professional experience with windows Server installation or first level troubleshooting (log analysis, etc.), have Basic Active Directory and Virtual-Machine (VMWare) experience.
• Are experienced in Linux installation, troubleshooting (log analysis)
• Network /IP (Routing, Switching, Firewalling, TCP/IP, Vlans) or/and if you are interest in new products and technologies.
• Are advanced at soft skills necessary for the role of Security Administrator, such as effective communication, willingness to learn, analytical thinking, team work and cooperation.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300 € /brutto.
