Whether it`s brainstorming ideas, solving complex problems, or tackling crew challenges, we`re always up for the task. Main purpose of this job is to  support DT IT's cloudification offensive by advising the application managers on the implementation of the connection to Azure AD, implementing test connections and developing solutions for specific problems, that occur in the test phase.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• The day-to-day tasks offer a wide range of interaction with other services and areas of Deutsche Telekom, nationally and internationally. 
• Your primary tasks are the coordination of AD Service and supporting Product Owner with different tasks.
• you will help to ensure the stable operation of the Active Directory infrastructure and to make it as effective as possible, e.g. based on automation by supporting the operation team.

Characteristic activities in this job are:

1. Service Coordination and documentation

• Cost control for hardware assets in close collaboration with Service Owner and Product Manager
• HW Lifecycle (procurement, modification, termination, documentation of the existing HW)
• Review of security and data protection aspects in the Azure AD and AD on Prem environment
• Guiding colleagues through compliance approval processes and support documentation
• Coordination of change processes (nice to have)

2. Supporting service operation in compliance with service levels

• Troubleshooting - incident/problem management and error analysis of AD on-prem
• Operate, monitor, control, and debug of IT systems - servers
• Coordinating and executing order-, change-, and backup actions

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Experience in service operations and incident, problem and change management (ITIL)
• Experience in coordination and lifecircle-management
• Knowledge of service operations and service management processes
• Ticket handling for the test and development environments as part of Incident & Problem Management
• Basic knowledge of AD administration and automation
• Basic knowledge of cloud technology trends in the area of IAM and core cloud providers such as Azure, Amazon and Google
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS and Azure AD Administration
• Speak English at least on B2 level. German is an advantage

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1320 € /brutto.
