WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will be working with a dynamic, international team in an agile way of working
  • You are going to collaborate closely with our HR leadership teams and subject matter experts to identify needs and create a comprehensive employee development roadmap
  • You will be managing and supporting several strategic HR projects to shape the strategy and execution aligning with organizational objectives, newest trends and benchmarks always with the customer at heart
  • You are going to shape a new approach of communicating employee development offers and initiatives focusing on a consistent employee growth story

 

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

  • Bring natural curiosity and passion. For the newest innovations and trends of the HR space, the organizational dynamics of an international company and a general interest in challenging yourself and others and learning something new everyday
  • Are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, working agile and staying on top of things while never losing sight of the goal
  • A track record in managing projects and processes, additionally advantageous would be in combination with negotiation and implementation of IT
  • Have talent in persuading stakeholders on different hierarchy levels. You know exactly how to reach your audiences and have the matching skills in storytelling and creating appealing written and visual communication measures
  • Have innovation skills and customer focus. You are ready to join us in creating the best experience and opportunities for our people to grow together and build the leading digital telco.
  • Have previous experiences in the world of HR with an understanding of employee development, learning and performance development principles and data
  • Have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Are proficient in English. German language skills are a plus

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1330€ /brutto.
