Job Description
Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes.

You will Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM). 2nd level environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Management of client backend solutions (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Matrix42 Empirum, Microsoft Defender)
- Customize and implement device policies and policies
- Operation of the Managed Print Service (myQ, Canon uniflow)
- Patch management
- Creating and updating packages for software distribution
- 2nd level support for the management solutions used, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
- Participation in decisions related to Workplace devices, processes and policies
- Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
- Participation in IT projects that affect the workplace
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience
- High communication skills and self-motivation, independent working methods, customer-oriented way of thinking and self-confident demeanor
- Experience in operating client management environments
- Cross-architecture knowledge of the Windows environment is advantageous
- ITSM basic knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification an advantage)
- Good knowledge of automating tasks with Microsoft Powershell
- Knowledge of managing Apple devices would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of dealing with trouble ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Good network knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
- You speak German A2, and English B2

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 € /brutto.
