The Business Unit Collaboration and Content Service is focused on and within T-Systems responsible for the CECM portfolio in total, which is an abbreviation for Collaboration and Enterprise Content Management.
CECM is a combination of solutions and services to facilitate the collection, classification, organization, secure storage, and search for all types of content, information, and the overlaying processes. Extended by leading collaboration tools, CECM supports the digital workplace of the future and is an important prerequisite for the digital transformation of our customers and is also very relevant in the post-corona phase to enable the new normal with remote work from the home office and distributed, virtual collaboration models.

General Purpose

Check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs.

Key accountabilities

As Application administrator you have to take care of automotive systems for Mercedes Benz AG. This implies the maintenance and change of systems, applications and process chains for our customer. Furthermore, installations and tests of our self developed or customer provided applications is also part of our tasks. Each task deals with providing documentation for the workshops to support vehicle maintenance.
In addition, you will have these interesting tasks:

• As technical data specialist for CASE Systems you are working together with other team members to solve the tasks end-to-end
• You are working in the automotive market for Mercedes-Benz and gain a lot of automotive Know-How
• You are part of a team working with an agile customer
• You are in the Service Team, providing 3rd level customer support, maintaining our applications and process chain, implementing changes in infrastructure based on customer requirements and last but not least roll out and testing of applications from our development team.

Required Skills (Experience 2 years+ ):

• OS Windows, Windows Server,
• Powershell Operational experience in the following topics would be well percieved: IIS, NGINX, Oracle DB, SQL- Queries
• Basic Technical overview in OS, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware, Scripting
• Nice to have:Cloud/VM, Databases, Application Server (Wildfly/Jboss/Apache), Perl know-how

Languages

• English – Upper intermediate (B2)
• German  – Upper intermediate (B2) - nice to have

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000 € /brutto.
