Our brand Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia entered the life of Košice region in 2006 under the name of T-Systems Slovakia and ever since has been inextricably linked with the region when became one of the founding members of Košice IT Valley. Purpose

Support for certain department. Execute  service deliverables (acc. to process description) on an operative level in timely manner. Following working methods and maintain records and systems. Suggestions for process improvements in area of his/her responsibility. Communicate with the internal / external customers on operative level.

Key accountabilities

• Perform transactional  controlling tasks
• Following processes in the respective business environment.
• Activities in the monthly closing process.
• Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements.

Education

• secondary school or University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)

IT Technical Skills

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) -  intermediate
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity

Soft skills

• Strong sense of responsibility    
• Punctuality

Languages

• English – upper Intermediate (B2)
• or German - upper intermediate  (B2)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 4,50 € /brutto/hour.
