    As an ERP Transformation Manager, you will act as the central orchestration and coordination function for ERP transformation activities within T-Systems.

    You will bundle and steer cross-functional transformation streams across Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Billing & Logistics, and Roles & Authorizations while ensuring alignment with the overarching SAP ERP transformation direction of the Deutsche Telekom Group.

    Your role is to structure, coordinate, and operationalize ERP transformation activities for T-Systems, ensuring that strategic ERP initiatives are translated into actionable measures aligned with business priorities and the ERP target picture.

    You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, and transformation teams to ensure transparency, prioritization, governance, and executive-ready decision preparation across the ERP transformation landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and orchestrate cross-functional ERP transformation activities across T-Systems
    • Act as the central integration point between ERP Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners for Finance, Billing & Logistics, and Roles & Authorizations
    • Support the operationalization of the ERP strategy and ERP target picture into actionable transformation initiatives for T-Systems
    • Consolidate and structure transformation streams, dependencies, priorities, and implementation initiatives across SAP ERP environments
    • Support governance activities including preparation of Steering Committees, decision papers, management briefings, and transformation governance structures
    • Prepare executive-ready decision materials and support alignment with senior management stakeholders
    • Coordinate and prioritize ERP transformation activities in alignment with SAP S/4HANA transformation objectives and business value generation
    • Support budgeting activities, business case preparation, resource planning, and capacity planning for ERP transformation initiatives
    • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into structured transformation initiatives and implementation roadmaps
    • Support alignment with the broader Deutsche Telekom ERP transformation program while focusing on T-Systems-specific requirements and priorities

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ERP transformation environments within large enterprises or international organizations
    • Strong understanding of SAP ERP transformation programs with broad knowledge across SAP domains, especially FI/CO, SD, MM, and PS
    • Experience in coordinating complex transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders, streams, and organizational units
    • Consulting or transformation management background with experience in large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs
    • Experience in structuring and operationalizing strategic transformation initiatives into executable implementation activities
    • Experience supporting Steering Committees, governance boards, and executive stakeholder communication
    • Experience in backlog coordination, prioritization, and transformation planning within agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
    • Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to prepare executive-ready communication and decision materials
    • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives is required
    • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
