Job Description

We are looking for a motivated colleague to support our information security operations by contributing to reporting, requirement gathering, and communication materials, while assisting day-to-day management activities.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Support the generation and maintenance of operational reports
  • Assist with the operation and monitoring of automated reporting workflows.
  • Manage data inputs from email attachments and SharePoint files.
  • Support report distribution (email outputs, SharePoint uploads, Power BI dashboards).
  • Assist in analyzing business requirements.
  • Help document user needs and functional requirements for reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to improving existing reporting and automation processes.

Some other tasks might include:

  • Supporting internal team operations and leadership through communication materials and presentations
  • Preparing reports, various analyses, and other related administrative tasks that enhance leadership efficiency (e.g., updating service offerings, generating timesheet reports, data collection)
  • Supporting leadership in the organization and coordination of events

Qualifications

  • Completed high-school / university degree
  • Strong communication style
  • Attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach: bringing ideas, asking questions
  • Ability to work independently

 

Technical and language Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements
  • High-level English language knowledge
  • German language skills (B2 level) is an advantage
