Job Description
You will design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and/or mobile applications, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to deliver high‑quality releases in an agile environment. You will also contribute to test strategy, test design, reporting, and continuous improvement of our QA practices as part of our digitalization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Build on a strong foundation in software test engineering and QA best practices
Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for UI and/or API (1–3 years of hands-on experience preferred)
Design and implement robust automated UI and API tests using modern frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST), applying solid test design techniques; familiarity with BDD/Gherkin is an advantage
Define comprehensive test strategies, acceptance criteria, and detailed test cases to support new features and regression coverage
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and transparent test execution
Apply Git best practices, including branching strategies, code reviews, and pull request workflows
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality across the development lifecycle
Monitor, track, and report key quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect leakage, flaky test rate, pipeline health), clearly communicating insights and risks; experience with reporting tools such as Allure or similar is a plus
Work effectively within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to cross-functional team success
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of Software QA and Testing Tools
Hands-on test automation experience (1-3 years recommended) building and maintaining automated suites for UI and/or API
Experience with Test Automation frameworks and tools
Proficiency in Test Case Design and Test Implementation
Experience in Test Reporting and defect tracking
Working knowledge of Git version control system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
