We are looking for a visionary Platform Engineer to design, automate, and scale the resilient, cloud-native environments that our AI, Data, and Security teams rely on.

    Responsibilities

    As a core driver of our infrastructure evolution, you will transform how defense technologies are deployed, managed, and scaled:

    • Architect Cloud-Native Ecosystems: Build, operate, and continuously evolve ultra-resilient, cloud-native platforms utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, and advanced container orchestration.
    • Drive Hyper-Automation: Eliminate manual toil by engineering heavily automated infrastructure using robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
    • Master Hybrid Environments: Seamlessly operate and bridge complex hybrid infrastructures across On-Premises, Private/Public Clouds, Virtualized environments, and Bare Metal.
    • Enable AI Delivery: Implement and operate cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines optimized for the rapid, secure deployment of mission-critical software, APIs, and AI/ML models.
    • Tactical Observability: Ensure absolute availability and peak performance through comprehensive monitoring, logging, and state-of-the-art observability platforms.
    • Enforce Zero-Trust Security: Manage robust identity, secret, and access control frameworks (e.g., Vault, OIDC) essential for classified and highly sensitive operations.
    • Empower the Data Backbone: Support and optimize advanced storage and data services (S3-compatible storage, Block/File Storage) that fuel our AI engines.
    • Design Cyber Resilience: Co-architect uncompromising security concepts, leading initiatives in network segmentation, military-grade encryption, and strict regulatory compliance.
    • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with our elite AI, Data, API, and Security task forces to seamlessly integrate, stabilize, and scale AI-enabled services.

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this high-impact role, you bring a blend of deep technical expertise and a "security-first" mindset:

    • Platform Mastery: Multi-year, hands-on experience designing and operating container technologies and orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker) at enterprise scale.
    • Infrastructure Expertise: Proven track record with Cloud Infrastructures (AWS, GCP, OpenStack) as well as modern Virtualization Stacks (e.g., KVM, VMware).
    • IaC Native: Deep foundational knowledge and practical application of IaC ecosystems (Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, etc.).
    • Pipeline Proficiency: Extensive experience architecting automated workflows with modern CI/CD technologies (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar).
    • SecOps Mindset: Strong understanding of operational security, encompassing monitoring, logging, network defense, and IAM.
    • Scripting for Automation: Fluency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to drive our mandate for total automation.
    • AI Affinity: A solid baseline understanding of data pipelines, Machine Learning workflows, and API infrastructure to effectively support our AI teams.
