About the Role

T-Systems is building a large-scale Industrial AI Cloud powered by 10,000 NVIDIA GPUs to enable enterprise-grade model training and inference at a European scale. We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager to shape the future of AI and cloud technologies by developing platform services for customers in healthcare, finance, and the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a portfolio of AI platform services, including training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Requirements Engineering: Understand business and user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Service Definition: Define the service catalog, SLAs/SLOs, packaging, and pricing models in partnership with Engineering, Finance, and Sales.
• Lifecycle Management: Guide the development process, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact, and run product discovery and pilots with anchor customers.
• Metrics & Communication: Establish product metrics and communicate progress, trade-offs, and clear documentation (PRDs, release notes) to stakeholders.

• Experience: 5+ years in technical product ownership/management or engineering leadership with a track record of delivering production platforms.
• Technical Fluency: Strong knowledge across AI/ML and cloud-native infrastructure, capable of leading decisions on performance and cost without writing code.
• AI Knowledge: Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in AI.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal) to collaborate with German-speaking customers and international teams.
• Soft Skills: Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Background in building enterprise-grade, compliant, and observable AI/ML products or cloud services.
• Experience with the Open Source AI and NVIDIA AI Enterprise ecosystem (e.g., NVIDIA NIM, NeMo, vLLM).
