• Conclusion and management of agreements for (IT) services
• Profit and loss responsibility for customer contracts
• Sales of new and existing technologies
• Monitoring and reporting of the agreed service level
• Holding reviews with customers regarding service delivery
• Planning, calculating and monitoring service availability
• Ensuring that the service is up to date Risk analysis and risk management
• Create and test disaster and recovery plans
• Service budgeting (planning, compliance and monitoring)
• Accounting and charging of the service or service
• Analysis of capacity requirements
• Planning, monitoring and calculation of resource capacities

• several years of experience and proven track record in Service Delivery Management
• Fluency in business English AND German
• Knowledge of Service management methods and techniques
• High service orientation attitude with advanced social skills, patience and empathy
• Mature communication/consulting and problem-solving skills
• Confident use of computers, customer service software, databases and MS Office programs
