Job Description
- Based on a technical product (bundle) definition the IT readiness for values streams along values chain has to be ensured.This requires catalog creation, maintenance of catalog entries, material numbers, price lists (vendor view) and the steering of the underlaying and connected activities to ensure that product can be ordered and processed in the systems and by accountable stakeholder organizations. Foundation is the creation of the workflow/process and its continuous improvement. General understanding of touched commercial processes are necesary like catalog entries, SAP material number creation, material and price lists and their maintenance incl. documentation, workflow of catalog entries, material list and price list and Quality check/Assurance within master data systems as well. Set up regular communication within community. Project tasks and will be adjusted according to exploration and priority decisions

That overarches the following topic cluster in a more detailed view
1. Preparation, Synchronization, Execution, Optimization and Alignment of the IT- Readiness workflow for Bill of Material (BOM) list (vendor driven) to ensure that product relevant materials can be processed through the workflows (ordering, provisioning) for national and international scope (alignment with Combridge needed) . Align with SPOCs from Procurement , IT- and Finance Community to steer/ ensure creation of catalog entries and SAP material-numbers to map this in comprehensive BOM list which needed be handed over to Value stream BOM Hub and product management. The foundation documents are the BOM list created by technical product management team. Steer and ensure lifecycle management of the BOM list according to product and other demands within the value chain. Define documentation storage in alignment with product management/partner management.2. Creation and provisioning of vendor price list for the BOM list elements (national and international) based on up to date quotes from vendor and distributer for software and hardware in close cooperation with OPC, Order Provisioning and Combridge. The foundation documents are the BOM list created under point 1. Steer and ensure lifecycle management of the BOM vendor price list according to product and other demands within the value chain. Align with SPOCs from Procurement and Procurement to steer/ ensure creation of price list which needed to handed over to Provisioning Management, OPC and Product management/partner management. Define documentation storage in alignment with product management.
3. Overall:
Support IT development of both topics (exploration, optimization initiatives, simplification/modularization/automation, testing).
Be part of handover procedure for acting FPL stream responsible.- Design and elaborate end-to-end business processes
- Improvement of existing processes
- Create and document high- and low-level process documentation with Tasks, Roles, Systems, Input/Output Data and supporting design of Graphical User Interfaces.
- Explore and handle dependencies to other functions and teams
- Support preparation and execution of functional testing by providing all information about processes and process steps.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in MS products especialy Excel , SAP MM modul basic knowledge/reports, catalogue tool (one catalogue)
- Knowledge of software defined networking trends (especially Juniper SDx)
- Knowledge about DT/former TSI TC processes and IT Tools for the XL/L/M customer process chain
- Experienced in business processes especially Order to Fulfillment including Procurement
- Familiar with BPNM Modeling language
- Experience working with development methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Familiar with agile tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
- Open minded
- Ability to abstract
- Communicative competence, Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Self-dependent working attitude, Result-oriented, determined, able to complete tasks on time and under pressure
- Customer-oriented, self-initiative and enthusiastic mind set
