As a Scrum Master the requirements will be to support and guide the Squads within the Tribe of T-FAN within the Agile work environment. This means the moderating and planning of meetings, accompanying the Scrum Flow, conducting retrospectives, giving advice, and in some capacity even coaching the teams regarding the agile methods, values, and principles. Also helping the teams to be able to work in a self-organized and independent manner. 

• Knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking
• Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach certification
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Good communication and moderating skills
• Experienced in problem solving and conflict resolution
• Being able to deal with highly complex tasks independently 
• Fluency in English (C1), both spoken and written

• Disruptive thinking
• German language (B2)
• Flexibility in the face of uncertanity
