We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to help us grow our business. Some of your main challenges are:
- Identify and solve technical problems related to IML (Industrial, Medical and Lighting) power supply products and solutions (both wired and wireless).
- Provide introductions and trainings about IML products and solution to channel partners and key account customers.
- Frequently Visit to KA and channel partner for new project developments.
- Support channel partners with identifying and solving technical problems.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis for IML products and solutions whenever required.
- Handling the customer failure request along with service department.
- Report periodically on technology, industry application and feature trends related to IML products and solutions in the EMEA market.
Qualifications
- Technical bachelor degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering.
- Min. 3 years hands-on power supply designing experience.
- Good knowledge of power supply hardware and software (PMBus, CAN) lab testing capabilities.
- Good experience with power supply products promotion activity & market analysis for strategy planning.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and intercultural awareness.
- Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in a European language is a plus.
- Commitment to deliver quality work.
- Track record of working independently.
- Frequent travelling required.
- In possession of a driving license
