Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to manage shiping processes. We are selling industrial electronics product. The market is EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). We have sales offices and representatives in the main countries.
Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with our internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse)
- Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
- Supports with developing and preparing complex databases, reports, and/or presentation material for the logistics unit
- Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists
- Supply chain management
Qualifications
- Diploma or related qualification in supply chain or logistic
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to organize work by planning, prioritization, accountability
- Multiple tasks management, keep records in order and complete tasks on time
- Some work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is desirable (1-2 years)
- High personal culture
- Good English skills (at least B1 level)

- Experience in sales support tasks
