Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing intern to join our multicultural team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional design skills, and has a passion for bringing events to life. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns and events that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
    • Design compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
    • Create engaging visual content (e.g., videos, presentations, infographics) for various marketing channels.
  • Marketing activity Planning & Execution:
    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of activities.
    • Manage all aspects of activity logistics (e.g.vendor coordination, and activity execution).
    • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
    • Assist in creating engaging content (e.g. graphics, videos, social media posts) for various business marketing channels ensuring brand consistency.
  • Marketing Campaign Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both online and offline channels.
    • Implement and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize results.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify and resolve challenges, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take ownership of solutions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Marketing role with a strong emphasis on graphic design and Activity management.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
    • Experience in planning and executing successful activity for diverse audiences.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collaterals.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with SharePoint is a plus).
    • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
