Job Description

At the start of the internship, you will be enlightened to identifying and mastering the tools and techniques of the products within the Delta electronics automation processes and products. Some of the main responsibilities:  

  • Evaluating product design in accordance with technical principles, company standards, and technical conditions
  • Identifying product weaknesses and supporting the redesign of these products to meet customer requirements
  • Proposing solutions for quality improvement, enhancement of product design, and reliability by identifying problems and their impact on functionality
  • Influencing quality planning to support early detection of quality issues in production and defining root cause analyses, as well as corrective actions to reduce recurring errors
  • Providing technical liaison between quality functions, production, and R&D personnel
  • Conducting test correlation, SPC analyses, and evaluating test strategies in cooperation with test engineering
  • Building test systems, completing electrical and thermal trials, and evaluating elements in application
  • Monitoring test failures, defective components, and customer complaints. Assisting repair department technicians and supporting their training
  • Working with suppliers to provide advice on improving production performance and quality
  • Developing production plans, repair plans, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget
  • Performing administrative tasks such as reports and assessments
  • Translating customer documents into company plans necessary for product manufacturing and testing
  • Reporting to the Head of WB LoB from a disciplinary perspective and R&D WB Head from a functional perspective
  • takes care of the good name of the company and appropriately represents the company in the scope of its function
  • performance of other work and activities as required and instructed by superiors, as well as internal instructions, regulations, standards, rules or procedures defined for this position.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree, relevant to the internship, such as Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of mechanical design, ProEngineer is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, technical mindset
  • Experience in analysis and development of electronic devices is a strong advantage
  • Responsibility, reliability, independence, flexibility
