For our EV Charging Solutions Team, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to advance the growth of our business in Central Eastern Europe.

The main responsibilities are:

• Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system including related energy storage solutions
• Construct in accordance with your analysis business development strategies and sales plans
• Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator
• Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager
• Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
• Negotiate contracts
• Pipeline project management
• Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
• Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events in Central Eastern Europe
• Interact with management across Delta organization

• At least 3-5 years technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions
• Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
• Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system
• Excellent English communications skills, as optional German, Polish or / and some CEE region languages
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
