Job Description

AI is moving from experiments to enterprise value — and our clients are looking for partners who can guide that journey end-to-end. We are looking for an AI Solution Lead who can sit at the intersection of business and technology: someone who shapes the AI agenda with C-level stakeholders, designs the solution that delivers on it, and leads the team that brings it to life. You will own delivery from first conversation to live production, mixing client advisory, solution architecture and engineering leadership in a single role.

This is a role for someone who is energised by client impact as much as by good engineering — and who wants to help define how a top-tier consulting firm delivers AI in the Nordics.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape AI ambitions and translate them into pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams through the full SDLC and owning delivery, quality and client outcomes end-to-end.
  • Architecting production-grade AI solutions built on solid engineering principles, ready to scale in the enterprise.
  • Designing AI on modern data platforms — Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP or AWS — turning data into business value.
  • Mentoring engineers and growing the next generation of AI talent in our Nordic practice.

Qualifications

You combine business acumen, AI technical depth and leadership maturity. You are comfortable challenging a client one moment and rolling up your sleeves with engineers the next. You understand where the AI ecosystem is going and you can turn that into solutions clients are willing to pay for.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience leading teams through the full SDLC on complex AI projects.
  • Solid understanding of Harness Engineering and production-grade AI systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including LLMs and modern ML frameworks.
  • Strong architecture experience designing scalable, secure AI solutions.
  • Fluency in English required; Danish is a plus.
