Job Description
Data is the foundation that every AI, analytics and decision-making capability is built on, and our clients need partners who can design that foundation well. We are looking for a Data Platform Lead who can sit at the intersection of business and technology: someone who shapes the data agenda with senior client stakeholders, designs the platform that delivers on it, and leads the team that brings it to life. You will own engagements end-to-end, from strategic dialogue with the C-suite to the technical choices that make platforms scale, perform and last.
This is a role for someone who is energised by client impact as much as by good architecture, and who wants to help define how a top-tier consulting firm delivers data platforms in the Nordics.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Partnering with senior client stakeholders to shape data ambitions and translate them into value-driven platforms.
- Leading cross-functional teams through the full SDLC and owning delivery, quality and client outcomes end-to-end.
- Architecting robust data platforms on Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP or AWS, tailored to each client context.
- Influencing C-level decisions by turning complex technical choices into clear business trade-offs.
- Mentoring engineers and growing the next generation of data talent in our Nordic practice.
Qualifications
You combine business acumen, technical architecture depth and leadership maturity. You are comfortable challenging a client one moment and rolling up your sleeves with engineers the next. You thrive in complex, global environments and you build teams that outlast any single project.
What you bring to the team:
- Proven experience leading teams through the full SDLC on complex projects.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP or AWS.
- Strong architecture experience designing scalable, secure data solutions.
- Strong communication skills, able to influence at every organisational level.
- Experience in complex, global organisations managing senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English required; Danish is a plus.
