As SAP Graduate, you will become an integral part of Deloitte’s growing Nordic SAP community, work alongside forward-thinking and experienced domain professionals and business specialists in a multi-disciplinary team and partner with other teams within Deloitte.

This round of our Graduates will be focusing towards building skills in Manufacturing, Data Management and Procurement, which means we're hoping you have strong interest, educational background or other experience in your preferred focus area. 

Our SAP professionals are working collaboratively in large-scale projects with the largest companies and well-known brands to provide the tools they need to develop innovative business and technical solutions empowering them to grow and evolve in their journey through digital transformation. We provide solutions across many industries from Cloud Technology, Enterprise Transformation, Finance, Supply Chain and other core business areas, drawing from powerful technology applications like Machine Learning and IoT, and combining these with industry-leading ERP applications developed by SAP.

What is our SAP Graduate Program offering?

Our SAP Graduate program is designed to teach you what you need to know to launch your career as an SAP consultant with a clear career path at Deloitte to follow. All our SAP Graduates in 2026 start at the same time in the beginning of September 2026 and are offered the following:

• Personal buddy for your support and guidance from day 1 as well as personal mentor providing you continuous feedback throughout your journey
• Access to strong professional network and community where you can develop your specific interests
• Opportunity to have an impact and make a positive difference to our clients and our society
• Fair compensation 
• Permanent contract starting with 1 year SAP Graduate program which includes:
  • Introductory SAP Bootcamp in Denmark followed by a more in-depth one in Belgium, providing you with:
    • Introduction and professional courses and training to SAP S/4HANA area
    • High level overview of the integrations between all functional areas
    • Deep dive training sessions per SAP end to end process combining theoretical knowledge and exercises in S/4HANA
    • Three Graduate program modules that will be centered around different themes to support your career. You get a chance to learn, network and grow as a professional and then take these learnings back to your home team and projects.
  • Completion of at least one SAP Certification in chosen focus area
  • Developing your consulting skills through working on an ongoing local or international Deloitte project where you will take advantage of your professional training in practice while working on a delivery project. Naturally, you will also receive subsequent professional training since continuous learning throughout your career is key to ensuring optimal development and growth.

Who is the SAP Graduate Program for?

We understand that as a recent student you may not necessarily yet have a lot of relevant work experience, at Deloitte we see past your experience and value your genuine interest towards the field, good work ethic combined with willingness to learn and grow more than anything else.

Unfortunately, we are limited in terms of how many Graduates we’re able to support yearly and thus in order to be eligible to apply you need to meet the following requirements:

• You are completing your studies by September 2026 or have already completed them within the last 2 years
• You are ambitious and ready to create a career within SAP – either as a business consultant or as a technical consultant
• You possess strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• You have a high proficiency in both written and oral English
• You are located in Finland (with a valid residence permit) and ready to join the program full-time after summer
