We are looking for a senior professional with strong expertise in compliance and risk management within technology operations to lead and drive our Technology Operating Model across the Nordics. The position is embedded in Deloitte’s internal IT function.

This senior role is pivotal in ensuring that our Technology Operating Model (TOM) adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards, mitigating risks associated with technology solutions and operations. You will lead governance frameworks, enforce compliance policies, and work closely with legal and audit teams to ensure Deloitte’s technology solutions meet all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Lead and maintain a repository of compliant IT solutions aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to the Technology Operating Model.
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance across technology operations.
• Collaborate with legal, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.

Governance:

• Manage a backlog and pipeline of TOM compliance assessments and risk reviews.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks that support compliance and risk mitigation efforts.

Performance and Continuous Improvement:

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance and risk management.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvements in technology governance.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 – 10 years of proven experience in compliance, risk management, and governance within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO).
• Experience working with internal audit, legal teams, or regulatory bodies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating compliance requirements into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Work permit in Sweden is required
• English on a professional level, Swedish is a bonus

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, cloud hosting, and cybersecurity from a compliance perspective.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership experience
