Our Transfer Pricing team in Deloitte Denmark is a team of more than 65 members located in Copenhagen and Aarhus. We support and help international, as well as domestic clients with their tax and transfer pricing challenges.
Job Description
In our Transfer Pricing team, you will be working with a wide variety of projects within the area of transfer pricing – you will together with colleagues help clients across all sectors solve operational transfer pricing matters, transfer pricing audits, transfer pricing compliance, and provide both global and local transfer pricing advise. The role is broad and provides experience to all relevant transfer pricing-related areas.

Are you looking for the next step in your transfer pricing career?
As a Senior Consultant/Manager, you will be engaged in various transfer pricing areas. The role will involve:
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking analysis and intercompany agreements
- Participation in transfer pricing audits, and preparation of relevant audit material, including resolving potential double taxation through MAP application.
- Country-by-country reporting and notification
- Partner with colleagues from other departments to ensure appropriate client advisory.
- Executing on advisory matters whilst providing excellent stakeholder management
- Preparing and delivering stakeholder updates (written and verbal), producing, and analyzing information and preparing high quality deliverables (both written and verbal)
- Supporting in the development of proposals for new client projects
In parallel with the work, you will be part of our internal training, which takes place in Denmark, as well as our international transfer pricing courses, which take place at Deloitte’s university in Paris.
The role is full-time, and we are looking for professionals for our offices in Aarhus, Denmark.
Qualifications
We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers with 2-6 years of experience within transfer pricing, international corporate tax or similar.
We imagine that you are ambitious and dedicated in your personality, which shows in your desire to engage and do what is required to get projects finalised with success, with an inherent desire to support our clients.
What you bring to the team
- Have an educational background such as (but not limited to) cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., cand.merc.aud., cand.mer.fir, cand.polit, cand.econ, cand.fib, etc.
- Have 2-6 years of working experience in tax/transfer pricing/finance/consultancy
- Have analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Have good communication skills both verbal and written
