We are looking for students who are finalising their studies or who have already graduated to join our Sustainability team as a Trainee in Helsinki.

We would like you to start your 4-month Trainee period in October-November 2024. Our goal is that as many Trainees as possible continue with us also after the Trainee period or after graduating.

You will be part of our Climate & Sustainability team, which provides various sustainable services for our customers such as strategy, business development, risk assessment and reporting services. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues from Deloitte's other service areas.
 
Your role as a Trainee is to support our experienced sustainability professionals with various assignments related to sustainability. You will contribute to projects encompassing and related to reporting, risks, transition, strategy, as well as business development initiatives. Additionally, your responsibilities will involve supporting client proposals, participating in meetings and sales activities alongside your team, and engaging in internal development tasks. This role will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your skills in sustainability substance matters, strategic thinking, client interaction, and business process understanding.

• recently graduated or about to graduate with a master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, sustainability studies, environmental or human rights law, environmental science, industrial engineering etc.)
• proactive in your working style with excellent team working skills
• enthusiasm to learn more about various topics related to sustainability
• skilled writer and fluent both in English and in Finnish
