Are you an expert in agile delivery methodologies, and looking for the next challenge? In Deloitte consulting, we are looking for agile coaches and delivery leads to bolster our roster of agile practitioners in our rapidly growing community.

You will be working alongside a group of hardworking and engaged agile consultants with a diverse set of backgrounds and a mutual desire to transform teams and organizations. As such you will become an integral part of our Deloitte Consulting Agile Delivery community as we continue to improve our own, and our clients’ agile practices.

With many companies and organizations embracing an agile way of working, there is a need for experts to ensure the delivery of initiatives applying agile methodologies and as part of Deloitte, you will get the opportunity to take on exciting roles on some of the most complex agile projects and programs in Denmark and internationally. We work across all sectors; the private, public, and financial sector and everything in between, so you can expect to get a wide range of experience and impressions across sectors and country border.

Your role will primarily focus on one or more of the following activities:

• Leading teams and individuals to play their part in ensuring initiatives are delivered applying agile ways of working
• Navigating in complex environments work environment and manage dependencies and activities out the teams
• Playing a central role at team level to help get the appropriate people, processes and agile methods and tools in place
• Advising management and leadership teams on their organization’s agile journey

Business development

• Developing and encouraging strong, long-term client relationships
• Playing an active role in identifying sales and business development opportunities
• Supporting our agile market initiatives and engaging in key accounts across all industries

Organizational development

• Representing our agile practice, for example by participating and presenting at conferences
• Supporting the development of our talents, for example as a mentor
• Being a member of our agile delivery community leadership team and a key driver of our community initiatives

You have the following skills and experience

• We envision that you carry a heavy agile toolbox, proven experience with either driving initiatives applying agile ways of working or perhaps agile transformations and that you can use it wisely when engaging with our clients’ challenges. Your toolbox might also contain agile certifications such as a SAFe Certified Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications.
• You hold a master’s degree and you are proficient in written and spoken English. If you do not speak Danish fluently, you have at least passed Prøve I Dansk 3 (PD3) and can work efficiently on a Danish-speaking project.
• Moreover, you have a proven ability to engage in business development and commercial activities. We also picture that you have prior experience with working in consulting or held relevant roles in some of the largest Danish or international companies.
• We believe that working closely with the client at the client site is key to delivering good results. Since not all our projects take place in the vicinity of our Copenhagen headquarters, you must embrace a change of scenery every now and then – either in or outside of Denmark
