Are you looking to develop your skills in cybersecurity? Are you interested in risk management? We are now searching for a Cyber Trainee to join our growing Cyber team as a Cyber Trainee in Helsinki!
We would like you to start your 4-month Trainee period in January 2024. Our goal is that as many Trainees as possible continue with us also after the Trainee period or after graduating.
Job Description
Our Cyber Risk team helps complex organizations more confidently pursue their growth, drive innovation and support business performance through proactive management of the continuously evolving cyber risk landscape. Our professionals provide advisory and implementation services that integrate risk, regulatory, and technology skills to help clients transform their approach to cybersecurity from reactive to proactive.
As a Trainee, you can aim your interest towards our cyber advisory services, supporting our team to solve our clients’ problems. Your tasks can include for example performing cybersecurity assessments, supporting development of cybersecurity policies and procedures, and developing cybersecurity strategies. You can also aim towards our managed security services, where you will support our team to solve our clients’ problems and provide continuous cyber support to our clients.
You will learn a lot about cyber and risk management, and we want you to join our international, multidisciplinary cyber team that consists of individuals who are regarded as top talent in their respective fields. Qualifications
What do we hope from you?
Are you determined and work systematically to achieve our goals? Are you a team player who understands that together we can achieve greater things than as individuals? If you also recognize yourself from the following qualifications, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- A recent master’s degree or ongoing master studies (for example in cybersecurity, information technology or other relevant field)
- Proactive and hands-on attitude for delivering high quality client experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of both Finnish and English (Finnish language skills are preferred as we have a lot of projects that require Finnish language proficiency)
Previous experience from cyber is considered as an advantage but we are also interested to hear what kind of other relevant skills or interests you may have.
