Job Description
- working on a range of debt advisory projects with regular interaction with clients, banks, private credit funds, lawyers, advisors and other service lines;
- assisting with day to day management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs, management presentations, financial analysis and client communications;
- industry/company research for both deal origination and transaction analysis;
- financial modelling, supported by junior members of the team, including analyzing business forecasts, evaluating scenario analysis and covenant calculations;
- negotiating commercial terms related to debt structuring within loan documentation;
- building a network across the various parties that are involved in transactions (e.g. PE houses, banks, private credit funds, lawyers, advisors and other service lines within Deloitte).

With your personal strengths, and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Manager Debt & Capital Advisory Private Equity:
- minimum of 5 years of experience gained within the banking or investment industry with exposure to leveraged finance, debt restructuring, debt capital markets, and/or balance sheet management;
- Excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of data quickly;
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional service to clients, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships;
- A sound commercial acumen and understanding of financial markets and debt-related products;
- Ability to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team;
- fluent in English and Dutch;
Additional Information
Your role within this high-performance and fast-paced team will be to assist clients achieve their funding objectives which will incorporate a wide range of debt engagements including advice on optimal capital structures, negotiating new money fundraising, refinancing and restructuring existing debt facilities.
