• Minimum of 8 years professional experience with a focus on security and cryptography;
• Demonstrable experience leading client engagements and delivering end to end solutions;
• Proven business development experience: pipeline generation, bid management, commercial negotiation and closing deals;
• People leadership: hiring, performance management, mentoring and team scaling;
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, key management, PKI, HSMs and post-quantum cryptography concepts.
• Must hold a valid passport issued by an EU/EEA country. Dutch language skills are desirable.

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Cryptography to lead and grow our cryptography capability, drive business development and commercial activities, and lead delivery of complex client engagements.
