Job Description
- Analyze processes, operating models, and the broader ecosystem to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation;
- design and implement smart, data-driven, and technology-driven solutions – such as automation and AI – to sustainably improve performance;
- prepare client materials for workshops and client sessions and taking responsibility for the quality of work;
- support project management activities and industry (i.e. Consumer; Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) and Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT)) and/or market proposals;
- organize internal meetings and projects and support broader team development initiatives.
Qualifications
Naturally, you are solution-oriented and effectively communicate ideas that solve problems. More importantly, you bring your own qualities, perspective on the world, and personality with you. As a Junior Consultant, you will have:
- A Master's degree from a reputable university with strong academic results;
- experience with extracurricular activities or relevant experiences within student, study, or sports organizations;
- a strong interest in consultancy, demonstrated through your studies, internships, or work experience;
- affinity with one of the topics, while showing interest in the others: operating model, process improvement, cost transformation, AI & automation, business operations, and transformations;
- excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

As a Junior Consultant, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team from Deloitte to deliver value to our clients across the full transformation lifecycle. This starts from defining an operations strategy to (re)designing, optimizing and implementing the operating model and core processes. Using strategic thinking and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you contribute to building future-proof solutions to ensure our clients operate more efficient, customer-oriented, and sustainable.
