• A university Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant (consulting) experience and/or demonstrable experience with operating model design, process optimization, and/or technological transformation;
• experience with project management and/or knowledge of agile working methodologies;
• an affinity with the public sector;
• familiarity with methodologies for process optimization and operating model design;
• strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations;
• excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

As a (Senior) Consultant, you work in a multidisciplinary Deloitte team to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle.
