Job Description
- produce and deliver project deliverables such as: organizational assessments, advice on optimal organization structures, project approach, realization cost, carve-out strategy etc.;
- (co) lead a work stream of a project, like for example the as-is organization analysis, analysing and managing employee data quality and detailed design for one or more departments;
- (co) facilitate and develop technical trainings for colleagues;
- participate in Industry and/or market propositions;
- contribute to business development;
- organize internal events.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Consultant Organization Design:
- graduated in a relevant university study (such as, but not exclusively: Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Organizational Sciences);
- a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Organization Design, for example experience with governance and (top)structure design, Organization Design tools and reorganizations;
- preferably experience with design of agile/adaptable organizations
- experience in working in a project team;
- the ability to contribute to the development of new propositions in our practice;
- excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills;
- fluency in Dutch and English, both orally and written.

As a (Senior) Consultant Organization Design, you help clients determining the right structure of the organization and translating that structure into a detailed design, including the optimal capacity, span of control, coordination mechanisms, tasks, roles, responsibilities and meeting structures. Your projects may vary from strategic reorganizations and M&A, to cost efficiency exercises, and transformations towards more digital and adaptable organizations.
