As a (Senior) Consultant, you will:

• Advise clients on the most efficient immigration procedures for their foreign employees;
• Assist with applications for visas, work, and residence permits;
• Conduct trainings and workshops for clients and help them optimize processes;
• Inform clients about the impact of changes in immigration legislation;
• Mentor and train juniors in their daily work;
• Help clients prepare for and during IND and/or labor inspection audits;
• Maintain contacts with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, UWV, and municipalities;
• Ensure effective account management from a client relationship, risk, and financial perspective.

• A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in law;
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the field of Dutch corporate immigration;
• A proactive attitude, are customer-friendly, and able to prioritize;
• A drive to continuously evaluate processes and provide input for improvements;
• The ability to collaborate easily and proficiency in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing;
• An eye for commercial opportunities and the ability to leverage them to effectively advise and support clients.

Note: This position will be at our office in Amsterdam. 

As a (Senior) Consultant, you will work within Deloitte's ambitious and enthusiastic Immigration team in the Global Employer Services department. The immigration team focuses on advising large, international clients on all aspects of immigration procedures for foreign employees. You will be in direct contact with clients, authorities, and the international Deloitte network. As a (Senior) Consultant, you are responsible for delivering high-quality immigration services to our clients and continuously improving processes (both internally and externally). Additionally, you will assist in various immigration projects aimed at ensuring immigration compliance.
